每年10-11月评选（留学江苏政府奖学金与校职工奖学金不可兼得），免学费。

Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship：

The evaluation of Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship is in October and November every year. Students who are awarded “Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship”  will be tuition free and can’t apply for other kinds of scholarship.
